2019 Administrative Forum
You are cordially invited to attend an Administrative Forum to exchange ideas and views regarding the NAUMS, Inc. Five-Year Strategic Plan for UMSI schools.

Every five years, the NAUMS corporation sponsors a Strategic Planning Retreat to give stakeholders an opportunity to analyze the current success level of the University-Model® educational system, including “what works and what has not worked,” before creating the next Five-Year Plan.
The retreat was conducted on February 26-27, 2019, and the following components were addressed: Finance/Business, Marketing/Communications, Family Ministry, Classical School Division, and Certification/Accreditation. During small group sessions, teams created and recorded a five-year goal for each area, as well as a list of Functional Objectives to be addressed during 2019.
Before the entire five-year plan is developed by the NAUMS, Inc. Board of Trustees and the NAUMS Internal Team, an Administrative Forum has been scheduled to give those unable to attend the reteat an opportunity to review progress to date and to contribute other ideas or recommendations.
Prior to the forum, all registrants will receive an email with a summary of the retreat reports. This information will prepare attendees to be active contributors during the forum.
